All inner mattress materials and layers of all kind are bonded within this system and then exit the line as a finished
mattress ready for tape edge and packing.
Automatic mattress production line model TH-40 is for foam encasement type mattresses with hot melt gluing
technology. The purpose of this machine is to make a foam encasement unit with an inner spring or pure foam
mattresses with multiple layers (hybrid mattress), bonded quilted panel assembly and border attachment. Each layer is
bonded individually including quilted panels and compression conveyor secures tight bonding for all layers and foam
blocks. It is equipped with glue modules for bonding application over each foam layer along with quilted panels within
continuous operation flow. The glue can be applied on every position of foam layer such as the edges; front and back, left
and right while the central application can be straight or swinging.

işlemine hazır hale gelerek hattan çıkar.
Hot-melt yapıştırma teknolojisine sahip bu sistemde yatak yan takoz, keçe yerleştirme ve kapitone yapıştırma islemleri
yapılmaktadır. Boxspring tipi yatak üretimi icin mevcut tum katmanlar üzerine yan ve merkezi tutkallama ile kapitoneler
dahil yapıştırma uygulaması yapılan yatak, kapama makinasına hazır hale getirilir. Hot-melt tutkal atimi kenar ve merkez
olarak her pozisyonuna uygulanabilir; ön, arka ve kenar tutkal atımları düz, kesik kesik veya sallanabilir şekilde yapilabilir.
Bu makinenin amacı, ayni hattın üzerinde yaylı veya çok katmanlı sünger yatak üretimi ve kapitone panel montajının
ardından yan bordürun takılmasıdır. Kapitone panelleri dahil olmak üzere yatağın içinde bulunan her katman ayrı ayrı
yapıştırıldıktan sonra pres konveyöründe birbirlerine sıkı şekilde preslenir.
